Sales Engineering workspace

A daily-driver workspace for solutions and sales engineers — RFP autofill, a consent-gated win vault, playbooks, an architecture canvas, seeded demo sandboxes, and per-SE analytics.

The Sales Engineering (SE) workspace is a home base for solutions engineers and sales engineers. Instead of scattering technical-sale work across docs, slides, and spreadsheets, it keeps the whole motion in one place: answering RFPs, mining wins into reusable proof, curating playbooks, sketching architectures, standing up demo environments, and measuring what actually moves deals.

Every surface is tenant-scoped and consent-native. Verbatim customer proof cannot be reused outward until the customer grants consent, and AI features run on your own BYOK key — never a shared model with your data in it.

SE today

The workspace opens on an SE today homepage: a single view of what needs your attention right now — open RFPs, unanswered technical questions, upcoming demos, today's calendar, and a glance at your scorecard. It is a starting point for the day, not a report you have to assemble.

Tech Q&A inbox

Reps and AEs route technical questions to you through the Tech Q&A inbox. Each question is linked to the opportunity it came from, so an answer is captured against a real deal. This linkage is also what defines an "SE-supported deal" everywhere else in the workspace — see Analytics.

One key idea to carry through

An opportunity counts as "SE-supported" once you answer a technical question on it in the Tech Q&A inbox. That link — not a manual flag — is how the workspace knows which deals you touched.
