Your turn — ask it anything.

This is the live agent, answering from a real CRM. No signup, no download.

Pact: Hey — I'm Pact. Ask me about your pipeline. Try: which deals are slipping this week?

This browser can't do speech recognition, so the phone line is the demo. Same agent, same data.

The problem

Four tools. One customer. No source of truth.

Your CRM, your marketing automation, your warehouse, and your consent vendor each own a slice of the same person — and they never agree.

  • Records drift.

The same contact is three different people across your CRM, your email tool, and your warehouse.

  • Consent lives in a spreadsheet.

Nobody can answer “can we email this person?” without a five-day audit.

  • Every number needs a CSV.

Marketing, pipeline, and success each report from a different copy of the truth.

There is a simpler shape

How Pact works

One system. Three moves.

Not ten features to learn. One place to centralize, act, and see.

  1. Import from a CSV or a live source, and every duplicate collapses onto one record you can export in full at any time.

  2. The consent check runs at send time, per channel. A withheld contact is skipped and the skip is written to the audit trail.

  3. Because reporting reads the same rows the app writes, a number on a dashboard and a number in a record cannot disagree.

Don't take our word for it — touch the real product below.

Model Context Protocol

179 tools your AI can already use.

Pact ships a native MCP server. Point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at your workspace and it can read your pipeline, run an agent, place a call, or write back a note — every call consent-filtered, audit-trailed, and cost-attributed per tenant.

Every call is an MCP tool call

Outbound campaigns, AI voice agents, and voicemail triage are all MCP tools — on Twilio, SignalWire, Plivo, Vonage, or your own SIP trunk.

How BYOK works

Consent-native, not bolted on

Retrieval is consent-filtered before a record enters context, and your data exports in full on any plan. SOC 2 Type II audit is underway (2026-Q4).

What it replaces

Four contracts, or one.

Swipe through the four questions a patchwork makes hard to answer.

One customer

Four separate tools: A different copy of them in each tool, reconciled by hand.

With Pact: One tenant-isolated record that CRM, marketing, and success all write to.

Can we email them?

Four separate tools: Ask the consent vendor, then hope the sending tool agrees.

With Pact: Consent state per channel, checked before the send leaves.

Where do numbers come from?

Four separate tools: Three exports and a warehouse job to make them agree.

With Pact: Pipeline, marketing, and success reporting off the same live data.

Getting your data out

Four separate tools: An upgrade, a support ticket, or a migration project.

With Pact: A full signed export on every plan — including Free.

No lock-in

Your data is yours. On every plan.

The things teams get burned on — export, keys, audit — are commitments here, not upsells.

Zero lock-in

Export your entire workspace on any plan — including Free. Records, activity, and consent state in a signed archive. Your data is never held back.

AI you control

Bring your own LLM provider, encryption keys, and email sender. The AI runs on infrastructure you own, and every call is consent-filtered.

Everything is logged

Every action writes to a real-time event stream and an append-only audit trail — a tamper-evident record of who did what, and when.

One system, not a patchwork

  • One tenant-isolated data store
  • Consent state per channel + audit log
  • Pipeline + marketing + CS on one dataset

What it costs

Do the arithmetic yourself.

Drag two sliders. We'll use our published list price and your numbers — nothing else.

$140

Everything you'd replace, added up — CRM, marketing automation, the consent tool.

Your stack, per year
$13,440
Pact Pro, per year8 × $99 / mo
$9,504
Difference
$3,936

List price, $99 / seat on Pro and $199 on Team, times your own numbers. It ignores your contract discounts and any migration effort, so treat it as an order of magnitude rather than a quote.

Frequently asked

The questions every team asks first.

Pricing, security, migration, and the “is this for us?” question. Pricing mechanics live in detail on /pricing.

How does pricing work?

Per-seat monthly on Pro and Team; usage-aware so contact and event caps grow with the plan. The Free plan stays free for one user under 500 contacts and 1k events per month. Full breakdown plus an interactive calculator is on the /pricing page.

Can I import from another CRM?

Yes. The live Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive migrators move accounts, contacts, deals, owner mapping, and consent state in one guided in-product run, and the CSV importer covers most other sources. Close and Apollo importers are next. White-glove migration help is included on Team and Enterprise.

Is my data secure?

Pact's substrate is tenant-isolated from the database up — your data shares no schema, no row, and no encryption key with any other tenant. The data layer carries SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-ready attestations today; Pact's own SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with a 2026-Q4 target.

Where does my data live?

Default region is US-East. Team and Enterprise plans support pinning your tenant to US-East, US-West, EU-West, or Asia-Pacific (Singapore), with region-locked storage enforced at the platform layer. Self-hosting in your own VPC is an Enterprise conversation — same container images, scoped during onboarding.

Do you have an API and webhooks?

Yes — a full REST API with typed OpenAPI schema, webhooks for every domain event, and a Postgres-backed event stream you can subscribe to with standard CDC tools. The public API docs live at /docs/api; webhooks are configured per tenant in the admin UI.

How long does it take to get value?

You can import your first contact list and ship your first sequence within an hour of signing up — the Salesforce migrator runs a full guided import in a morning. Replacing an entire stack end-to-end is a 6–12 week project, and white-glove help is included on Team and Enterprise.

Do you have integrations with our existing tools?

73 connectors in the marketplace — Slack, MS Teams, Stripe, Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Amazon SES, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Snowflake CDC, BigQuery CDC, and more — each labeled with its current sync depth. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive migration is live in-product; Close and Apollo importers are next. Anything else, the API + webhooks cover.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Full export of every contact, deal, sequence, consent record, and audit event in standard formats (CSV + JSONL), available on every plan including after cancellation. Read access stays on during the 30-day grace window. After grace, the data is permanently deleted on a published schedule.

Is there a mobile app?

Pact installs as an app on iOS, Android, and desktop — add it from the browser and you get an icon, offline read access to recently viewed records, and push notifications with quiet hours. No app store, no separate release cycle: the app is always the version your team deployed.

Is there a free trial?

Sign up and the first 14 days run on a full Pro trial — no credit card. If you don't upgrade by day 14, the account drops into the Free plan (1 user, 500 contacts, 1k events / month); nothing breaks and no data is re-migrated.

What happens if I hit a plan limit?

At 80% of any cap you get an email and an in-app banner with three choices: buy a one-time pay-as-you-go bolt-on for that dimension, upgrade the plan, or reduce volume. At 100% the writes that would exceed the cap stop until you pick one — reads, exports, and history stay open the whole time. We don't silently auto-upgrade.

Can we white-label Pact for our agency?

Yes, on Team and Enterprise. Custom domain, custom email-sender identities, branded login, and admin-portal logo replacement. Pact's brand stays out of every customer-facing surface your end-clients see.

Replace four contracts with one.

14-day free trial in your own workspace, no credit card required. Data exports in full from every plan — including free. If Pact isn't for you, leave with your data.
