“Pact replaced four contracts in 90 days. Our AEs finally stop swivel-chairing between tools, and the consent ledger means legal sleeps at night.”

Centralize accounts, contacts, sequences, signals, and consent in a single tenant-isolated platform. Designed to replace the patchwork of CRM, marketing automation, and consent tools that add friction to your team's flow.
Illustrative marks — design-partner logos land here as they go live.

consent captured and provable, platform-wide
touchpoints logged across this week
Live, anonymized activity across Pact workspaces — refreshed every few minutes.
The defining quality
Every contact in Pact carries a provable record of how, when, and where their consent was captured — the same way every dollar carries a journal entry in a ledger. Not bolted on. Not a banner. The substrate.
Pillars
The substrate every revenue team already pays four vendors to imitate.
Accounts, contacts, deals, signals, and tracking events live in a single tenant-isolated store.
Multi-channel cadences and event-driven playbooks, shipped behind feature flags.
GDPR / CCPA / CASL state per-channel per-contact with an immutable audit log.
Pipeline velocity, ICP distribution, open rate by provider, AI cost ledger — queryable in-product.
ROI
A simple model — 15% close-rate lift on the leads you already have. Move the sliders to match your team.
Inputs
Model: 3000 annual leads × 8% baseline close × 15% uplift × $7,500.
Estimate
$270k/ year
That's the incremental annual revenue a 15% close-rate lift would add to your pipeline. Real numbers depend on your funnel — this is an order-of-magnitude story, not a promise.

What's new
Pact ships every week. Here's the latest — a consent-gated workflow builder, live Salesforce migration, a code-backed Trust Center, and workspace answers with citations.
A native Model Context Protocol server: external AI agents can query accounts, contacts, deals, and pipeline — and fire Pact's AI agents — with consent filtering, audit, and cost attribution enforced on every call.
Read moreCompose Pact's agent roster into multi-step orchestrations: one agent's structured output feeds the next through a declared handoff contract, with gates and forks between steps — and consent + cost enforcement on every one.
Read moreEmbed live, white-labeled Pact dashboards in your own product or customer portal with a signed token — viewers need no Pact login, and consent filtering plus per-view audit hold outside your walls.
Read moreThe post-login dashboard no longer shifts layout while it loads, and a server-side stability fix keeps long-running sessions fast.
Read moreBuild multi-step automations on a visual canvas — triggers, real branching, test runs, and versioning — and every outbound action checks the consent ledger at execution time.
Read moreConnect Salesforce at /admin/migrate and run a guided import that maps accounts, contacts, deals, owners, and consent state — with a dry-run report before anything is written.

Why teams switch
Illustrative scenarios — composites of design-partner deployments, not attributed quotes.
"We replaced four contracts with one — and we'd do it again on a Friday. The RevOps team reclaimed two days a week of integration babysitting."
Only on Pact
Shipped, live, and verifiable — not roadmap slides.
Automation
Multi-step automations on a visual canvas — and every outbound action checks the consent ledger at execution time.
Multi-agent AI
Compose Pact's agent roster into multi-step orchestrations with explicit handoff contracts — one agent's structured output feeds the next, with gates and forks between them.
Switching
A guided, schema-aware migrator runs in-product: accounts, contacts, deals, owners, and consent state — dry-run report first, then the real thing.
Salesforce is live today. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and Apollo importers are next; CSV covers them now.
How migration worksAI you can audit
The workspace answer engine cites the records behind every claim, retrieval is consent-filtered, and each Q&A lands in the audit trail. Need more? Author your own agents on the same trust loop.
Customer success
The ML churn model ships every score with per-signal contributions, rendered on a gauge next to the account — so "why did this account turn red" has a real answer on the renewal call.
White-label
Embed live, white-labeled Pact dashboards anywhere with a signed JWT — your branding, your data boundaries, and Pact's consent filtering intact outside your walls.
Open by design
Pact ships a native Model Context Protocol server — Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client can work your CRM directly, with consent filtering, your encryption keys, and a per-call audit trail enforced in-process. The AI assistant your team already uses becomes a consent-safe pair of hands on your pipeline.

Trust
Honest about what's certified today and what's in flight. Pact's own SOC 2 Type II audit is underway — the substrate it runs on carries Type II already.

Frequently asked
Pricing, security, migration, and the “is this for us?” question. Pricing mechanics live in detail on /pricing.
Per-seat monthly on Pro and Team; usage-aware so contact and event caps grow with the plan. The Free plan stays free for one user under 500 contacts and 1k events per month. Full breakdown plus an interactive calculator is on the /pricing page.
Yes. The live Salesforce migrator moves accounts, contacts, deals, owner mapping, and consent state in one guided in-product run, and the CSV importer covers most other sources. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and Apollo importers are next on the roadmap. White-glove migration help is included on Team and Enterprise.
Pact's substrate is tenant-isolated from the database up — your data shares no schema, no row, and no encryption key with any other tenant. The data layer carries SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-ready attestations today; Pact's own SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress with a 2026-Q4 target.
Default region is US-East. Team and Enterprise plans support pinning your tenant to US-East, US-West, EU-West, or Asia-Pacific (Singapore), with region-locked storage enforced at the platform layer. Self-hosting in your own VPC is an Enterprise conversation — same container images, scoped during onboarding.
Yes — a full REST API with typed OpenAPI schema, webhooks for every domain event, and a Postgres-backed event stream you can subscribe to with standard CDC tools. The public API docs live at /docs/api; webhooks are configured per tenant in the admin UI.
You can import your first contact list and ship your first sequence within an hour of signing up — the Salesforce migrator runs a full guided import in a morning. Replacing an entire stack end-to-end is a 6–12 week project, and white-glove help is included on Team and Enterprise.
73 connectors in the marketplace — Slack, MS Teams, Stripe, Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Amazon SES, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Snowflake CDC, BigQuery CDC, and more — each labeled with its current sync depth. Salesforce migration is live in-product; HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and Apollo importers are on the roadmap. Anything else, the API + webhooks cover.
Full export of every contact, deal, sequence, consent record, and audit event in standard formats (CSV + JSONL), available on every plan including after cancellation. Read access stays on during the 30-day grace window. After grace, the data is permanently deleted on a published schedule.
Pact installs as an app on iOS, Android, and desktop — add it from the browser and you get an icon, offline read access to recently viewed records, and push notifications with quiet hours. No app store, no separate release cycle: the app is always the version your team deployed.
Sign up and the first 14 days run on a full Pro trial — no credit card. If you don't upgrade by day 14, the account drops into the Free plan (1 user, 500 contacts, 1k events / month); nothing breaks and no data is re-migrated.
At 80% of any cap you get an email and an in-app banner with three choices: buy a one-time pay-as-you-go bolt-on for that dimension, upgrade the plan, or reduce volume. At 100% the writes that would exceed the cap stop until you pick one — reads, exports, and history stay open the whole time. We don't silently auto-upgrade.
Yes, on Team and Enterprise. Custom domain, custom email-sender identities, branded login, and admin-portal logo replacement. Pact's brand stays out of every customer-facing surface your end-clients see.
