Privacy
Pact is a multi-tenant consent-native CRM. We process personal data strictly on behalf of the tenant that loaded it; we don't sell, share, or use it for any purpose outside the contracted scope.
What we collect
Contact identifiers (name, email, phone, LinkedIn), employment attributes (title, company), and engagement events (opens, clicks, replies, calls) that the tenant has imported or captured from their own systems.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data at any time. The page that brought you here is the fastest path — it goes directly to the controller for your data.
Phone Numbers and SMS/Voice Communications
We collect mobile phone numbers to enable account authentication, verification codes, transactional SMS notifications, and voice-based features. When you add and verify your phone number, you consent to receive these communications from Pact. We send messages only after you give explicit consent, and we keep a record of that consent as required by law.
Your mobile phone number and your SMS/text-messaging consent are NEVER shared with third parties or sold. No mobile information or opt-in data is shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Important disclosures:
- Your mobile phone number and any consent to receive SMS are NEVER shared with third parties or sold. We do not disclose your phone number to affiliates or use it for third-party marketing.
- Your mobile phone number is used ONLY for account authentication, transactional notifications, and Pact voice-based product features (opt-in only).
- Message frequency: up to 5 messages per day per user.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for all SMS/MMS sent by Pact.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Pact SMS. You may request help by replying HELP.
- You may remove your phone number from Pact at any time from Settings → Phone number, which cascades deletion of the number and any voice personalization derived from it.
